Cancellation

No cancellation if your order has been processed or made. Contact us regarding any issues.

Your order will be canceled or refunded by us if you order a kids-sized bonnet for any age over 5 years old.

Items that cannot be returned

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items that are soiled or worn

• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

If you receive your order and it is the wrong item or damaged, we will provide a shipping label to return the product. Once we receive the package an exchange or refund will be issued to you. (Please keep in mind that you can only return an item that has not been worn).

 

If your package is delivered and becomes lost at the fault of you (ex: forgetting an apartment number, wrong address) we cannot issue a refund to you. If you provide us with an incorrect address and it is returned to us, you will have to pay for the shipping costs to the correct address. However, if it is at the fault of our team, we will ship your package back to you.
